The goodbye.

For everything has been and gone,
under the summer bed;
All we have left now,
Are all the things unsaid.

With love,we tenderly grew,
like two plants in a pot;
But now you fail to acknowledge me,
Consider me one of the lot?

You always come running to me,
say you need my skills to work;
But baby,i don't need you anymore,
I'm not your bloody clerk.

I have learned to live without you,
Although i wish you'd love me too;
But i won't let you have the chance,
that you already blew.

For all the times i couldn't answer you,
I couldn't look at you at best;
And each time you spoke to me,
It caused me unrest.

I'm done with your demanding ways,
I'm done trying to appease;
